I have this exact same car and I’m very happy. it handles well and the gas mileage is excellent. test drove a honda accord and would rate this vehicle much higher then the accord.
@coolerdude44
go buy a go cart fag
@coolerdude44 i have a 2009 mazda 6 euro version its the best car i ever had hands down!! and my cousin owns a bmw m3 and he drove my 6 and he said the handling is just as good as the m3!!
@comgeek24 I’m over 6ft and I fit just fine.
did anybody notice that at 1:16 he is driving on the wrong side of the road, then he switches back over
@coolerdude44 suzuki xl7 is a really good car
@worldtraveler2500 Cnet’s guy is a dick!
i just got this car today
How much room is there in the front? Being 6 ft. tall myself, that’s always a big factor.
@Dino4bia How do you like the mazda 6? did you get the 4cly or the 6?
I like this review. At least the guy know his stuff unlike the one from cnet.
The Euro Spec vehicles tend to be better and have more engine choices. I believe the european version also has a diesel engine available…most cars do which also has a better fuel economy. The dieses come in the 41+ MPG range rather than 21/30 MPG range.
I like mazda and the 6. My mom’s 2010 ford fusion has the same frame and engine as the 6. Same 2.5L. Both the fusion and 6 are nice, but I like the 6′s looks more
in the front it kind of looks like a mercedes and in the back it looks like a lexus…
I just got it
Mazda 6 is great.
MAZDA FOREVER!!!!
i like this car but i think the headlight is too tiny, would like to see bigger ones. NOw it looks too much like camry.
I thought you just said you wanted a much smaller car . . . . Anyway, I think that it is a very good looking car, but like I said, if it follows the footsteps of its ancestors, it will be s***.
i think it’s more of a competitor to the mazda 3 than 6, but it looks ok. suzuki has never made a good car, i doubt they’ll start now.
The Kizashi (or something. . . )
God, what a good looking car! Especially the fake tailpipes.
Hope it does not follow in the foot steps of its Suzuki ancestors, though. . . .
Agree that it has grown too big. Hopefully the new Suzuki sedan (now made by Suzuki instead of GM affiliate) will be a reliable car. It is 7-10 inches shorter in length than this and others that have grown too big like Accord, Camry, Altima, and the new upcoming Sonata.
i’m disappointed that it’s so big. i own the v6 version of the previous one, and it feels too heavy. it’s 3200 lbs, and i like the new european model better. that model is the same size as the old one, but is 25 kg lighter, and handles even better than the old one.
this one has been americanized. lengthened, made more brash, and more powerful.
i’d have loved owning the new global 6, but i’ll test drive this one before i nail down its coffin.
love the mazda’s new styling direction!
